Horizontally assembled trapezoidal piezoelectric cantilevers driven by magnetic coupling were fabricated for rotational energy harvester applications. A dodecagonal rigid frame with an attached array of six served as a stator electrical power generation. rotor disk permanent magnets (PMs) interacted magnetically the counterpart cantilever’s tip-mass PMs motion. Each cantilever beam was designed to operate in transverse mode that utilizes planar Ag/Pd electrode printed onto lead zirconate titanate (PZT) thick film. The optimized distance between pair and evaluated approximately 10 mm along same vertical direction make most deflectable without occurrence cracks. theoretically calculated resistance torque maximized at 46 mN·m cantilever. proposed also demonstrated wind Its harvested output reached maximum 22 mW speed m/s under resistive load 30 k?. performance makes it possible numerous low-power applications such smart sensor systems.
